The concept is great and slick design is nice however, the overall durability and grip on this case is awful. My phone constantly slipped out of my hands and I could not lean my phone/stand it against or on certain surfaces because the phone would fall over or slide down due to the lack of grip. I used my case for 48 hours and dropped it from my waist band when I was putting my phone away and the corner of the case cracked. It was approximately a 3 foot fall and although the case is still durable and would hold my phone in place, I did not feel comfortable leaving my phone in the case. Since the case is now damaged, I had to reach out to life proof and I found out I had to pay for shipping and taxes on the case in order to get a replacement. For its value I would not recommend this case. I am a life proof customer and have purchased previous cases from them. This case has a good concept but it is not worth it’s a value and I would not recommend it.

The description states wireless charger compatibility, but customer support tells me that’s only guaranteed with their wirele$$ charger!

I asked them to provide the backshell thickness, a specification often quoted by QI wireless charger vendors, i.e < 4mm. I intended to find a charger that could charge through a distance thicker that the case.

It took six exchanges with six different agents before they admit that they don’t have that spec and can’t get it! I would give them a zero for support if i could.

Cute phone case. I bought the ombré pink to clear color, for my iPhone 12 Max Pro. It fits well, all the side buttons are accessible and easy to use. It has the raised ridge around the camera to protect the lenses, which is a feature I always look for. I’m happy with it overall, though the case easily shows fingerprints, and it has a smooth, slick surface. It took me a bit, but I adjusted to the feel of the phone. It’s a great case and I recommend it.

I am very happy with this case. I’ve dropped my phone a few times and never a problem- but today was the main event! I could not find my phone so went on the apple app to locate it. I followed the beep to find my phone under the car’s tire! I have no idea how it got there or when but the back tire had run over it and it was still under the tire. We had to move the car forward to get the phone. It is most likely that I dropped it in the driveway when we left for the store- then when we returned ran over it. It could have been run over by each tire in leaving, then again upon return, but at least I do know it was run over at least once as it was under the tire. Well, the phone is perfect! Not a scratch! Unbelievable! I’m so glad I got this case for my new iPhone! I recommend it highly! This was the commuter series Otterbox case.
